The first time I used Stay Chat, I was at position #2 from the queue and it took eighteen minutes until a Stay agent responded. The second time, I was at situation #two once again, but this time it only took 8 minutes hold out time. This is fairly great when compared with other exchanges that only reply via e-mail, without any Dwell Chat option. c
